Coming Soon! Your Chance to Promote Your Resources to Customers
Ready to rock'n'roll? ๐ธThe Partner Playlist is a monthly thread in the UKG Community Announcements group where partners can share helpful resources directly with UKG customers. (It's also a place to get some rad song suggestions to add to your own playlist!๐ค๐)
How does it work?
Look for the first Partner Playlist post on Wednesday, April 2 at 9 a.m. ET in the UKG Community Announcements group.
Then, add a comment to the post with a link to your value-added resource.
What should I share?
This is an opportunity to provide customers with resources that will help them make smart decisions for their organizations and people.
It is also an opportunity to generate awareness about our partnership, however, it should not be a sales pitch.
Value-added resources may include links to:
- White papers
- Blogs and articles
- Upcoming webinars
- On-demand webinars
- Industry events you're attending
- User group activities and updates
- Explainer videos
- Infographics
- Industry research
- Training materials
Tips for sharing
If you're not already a member, be sure to join the UKG Community Announcements group and set your notification preferences.
When it's time to comment, share a couple sentences that help customers understand who you are and what your partner organization specializes in. Then, add a link to your resource, plus any key details.
Consider using a tracked link when sharing your resource to get a sense of how many customers are accessing your content.
- Example: Hi, I'm Steven from The Brightside Group and we help customers launch UKG Pro solutions. We're hosting a webinar on April 16 at 2 p.m. ET to share the top 10 things we've learned helping clients go live. We'd love to have you join us. Register here: brightsidewebinar.com. If you can't make it, we'll post the recording to our website afterward.
Anything else I should I know?
Comments that are overly promotional or salesy will be removed by Community moderators. We want to make this thread an educational place — not a place to sell.
